Eiffel in the world

Eiffel is a pure Object Oriented Programming Language. It is highly know in academic environments and it is a continuos source of research. Those who are interested in Object Oriented Languages must look at Eiffel as an important reference. Here I give you some sites you can look for:

In Spanish:

• Ripleg Rio de la Plata Eiffel Group, an Eiffel user group: they are interested in sharing information among Eiffel users, developers and every one who use the Eiffel language at any stage of the software construction process.

 
• EiffelUH project: is an Eiffel compiler and environment project under construction at the University of Havana, Cuba. NOTE: it doesn't continue.

 
• A paper fragment on Eiffel and BON  (in pdf format)

• ISE : Interactive Software Engineering, headed by Bertrand Meyer, Eiffel designer. They produce Eiffel compilers and environments (ISE Eiffel).

 
• Eiffel-NICE (The Non-Profit International Consortium for Eiffel), site of the Eiffel standard committee.

 
• Small Eiffel Project: At LORIA, France, a free (GNU) Eiffel Compiler is in continuos development and maintainance. Strongly recomended!.
